I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed some of the warmer weather over here in the UK! I was finally able to shoot these photos in the golden hour like I have been waiting to do for a good few weeks! You may remember that I teamed up with Style Me Celeb before and wore one of their bodycon dresses in monochrome a few months back, but this time for a second shoot, I opted for the lipstick red Sophie dress in the style of Miranda Kerr, which I think is absolutely stunning! I decided to pair it with my Christian Louboutin Pigalle 100 in Black and my Rebecca Minkoff Mini Love Bag in Black too, finished off with a matching red lip.
I’m actually planning on wearing this dress to a friends wedding in May next month as I think it’s that pretty! It’s a really bold and bright red tone, perfect for making a statement, but the cut of it is really flattering in my opinion. It hugs in all the right places and the length is quite conservative too. It’s definitely not something I am used to wearing on a regular basis, but I think when the occasion is right, this dress is the perfect option! I took a size M in it, even though I’m usually an S or XS in clothing, but I need to size up so it fits in the chest area and hips, so keep that in mind if you buy one! Definitely check the measurements chart! I would love to know what all of you think of it too! Would you other fashion bloggers or readers wear a dress like this?
