Styling Brown Leather – Angel Jackets Review
As you know, I am a huge leather jacket lover and have been for as long as I can remember. One of my top posts is actually a leather jacket buying guide, which has helped a lot of people, so I’m here with another leather jacket post, and this one is an Angel Jackets review!
I would say that leather jackets are a staple in everyone’s closet, and there’s a style for everyone, whether that’s a more casual piece, a biker style, or a cropped leather jacket… you really cannot go wrong. I own so many different leather styles, but I have never owned a leather jacket with a hood like this jacket here from Angel Jackets. So, in collaboration with Angel Jackets, I’m bringing you this review on their Hawera Cafe Racer Leather Jacket With Hood.
Angel Jackets Sizing
When it comes to the sizing of leather jackets, you always want to make sure that it fits your arms and shoulders perfectly. Getting the right fit here is key to making your leather jacket look fitted and sleek! Sometimes this might mean that you can’t zip it up, but a jacket that fits in the shoulders is more important than zipping it up in my opinion. I’m usually a size Small or a UK 8 on top, but I took a size XS for this Angel Jacket as I find the brand comes up a little bit large!
The Jacket Fit & Design
As you can see, this is a racer jacket style as it has the quilted sleeves and shoulder designs, as well as the collar tabs and a slim fit in the body – creating a sleek silhouette. The hoody is entirely detachable and acts like you’re layering the jacket over an actual hoody, but it zips to the jacket as you can see, and comes complete with the drawstrings.
Since this hoody piece fits into the front of the leather jacket, it’s a really unique design, and is completely removable. I could zip up the hoody underneath, but zipping up the leather jacket itself was a bit snug, even though the shoulders and arms fit well with a little bit of room.
Angel Jackets Leather
This leather jacket is made from 100% real lamb leather and for the price of only $189 in the sale, that’s an absolute bargain! Real leather jackets usually cost a fortune, so it’s nice to know that you don’t have to sacrifice a quality material because of the price point. The lamb leather is very soft and it’s lightweight too, making it pretty comfortable for a leather jacket. You can see the leather in the image above – it’s very soft!
How I Wore This Leather Jacket
As you can see, I kept this look simple by pairing my Angel Jackets Hawera Racer with a pair of black skinny jeans, tucked into my shearling lined Dr. Martens boots in the same shade of brown. I then finished it off with a scarf, some gloves, and a beanie hat. The weather has gotten quite chilly at the moment, so I wanted to show you how you can wear a leather jacket for autumn and winter as well by layering different accessories and pieces, but you can wear this over a t-shirt too when it’s warm.
Frequently Asked Questions
Since some of you might not be familiar with the brand before this Angel Jackets review, I thought I would also add in a few of their frequently asked questions so that you can get an idea on Angel Jackets for yourself.
Is Angel Jackets Legit? Yes! They are a legit company that sells leather jackets.
Does Angel Jackets Use Real Leather? Yes, they exclusively use 100% genuine lambskin leather.
Where do Angel Jackets ship from? Angel Jackets ships its products within the United States to customers located there. For international customers, orders are fulfilled using overseas warehouses, with the assistance of courier services like DHL, FedEx, or USPS for delivery.
Overall Opinion
I have to say that this isn’t usually a leather jacket style that I would go for, as I would never have thought about a hooded version, but I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised and I absolutely adore the hoody underneath as it’s such a cool touch! There are so many different Angel Jackets leather jackets, in various colours and styles, but this one is awesome!
If a rich brown like this isn’t your thing, they do have black! If you can get your sizing right (in my opinion they run a bit big) and you love this design, I think it would be a really affordable real leather jacket for you! For the price, you can’t really go wrong! It’s comfortable and very easy to wear. What do you think of my Angel Jackets review? Comment and let me know!

It’s always good to do something a bit different! They sell men’s too!
I don’t actually have many clothes these days, Lorna. My wardrobe is small since I am single and live by myself. 🤭😂

That’s a cool thing though, minimalism is good! 🙂

What a wonderful outfit you have on. Love the colours and the dr.Martens you are wearing, although it is more wellies season with all this rain. Are you planning a Wellies photoshoot soon?
Author
No, I’m not planning any wellies shoots anytime soon. It’s really difficult to shoot in the rain and the wellies don’t go with the vibe of my blog anymore as I’m leaning more towards higher fashion. I’m glad you like this outfit though!
Ah, I see. I can imagine. Pity, your outfits with Wellies are often quite classy, though. Do people were Wellies quite often in Britain or are they more frowned upon?
Author
I don’t see people wearing them often. It depends. Farmers and equestrian style people do, but it’s rare. I don’t often see them out.
Lovely Lorna! 👌🤎 but how does the jacket look from behind?
Author
It’s slim fit, looks good 🙂
Are you sure? 😉
