Decorating My Room With Desenio Artwork

Decorating My Room With Desenio Artwork

I’m really excited to share this new collaboration with you in partnership with Desenio. I’ve recently redecorated my room in a grey, beige, dusky pink colour scheme and I really like how it turned out. I mostly went for off white walls with white furniture, the flooring is grey, while the lamps and bedding are pink, making the perfect girly colour scheme that I wanted.

When it came to the walls though, they ended up looking pretty bare and sparse as they were just off white, so I definitely needed to add some personalisation and some colour to them. I spent a few days going through the Desenio website, looking for the most gorgeous and perfect art prints and canvases that would match my room. I ended up narrowing it down to the prettiest pieces and I am in love! Ordering them off of the website was super easy, they arrived really fast, and I couldn’t be happier!

Desenio also has this really cool gallery wall feature which allows you to select lots of different art prints and see how they’d look on your feature wall. I remembered from when I used them before. Unfortunately my bedroom isn’t big enough for this and I don’t have enough wall space, but if I had a much bigger room, I would definitely do that. So if you’re in need of some art and want a gallery wall, definitely check out that feature. In the meantime, let me show you the art pieces that I picked up!

These two pieces above are so pretty! I chose the pinky beige colour scheme and they are abstract art. The canvas is really high quality and so is the print. I chose white wooden frames as that matches the white furniture in my room. I didn’t want my art to stand out and be too bold and overtake the room. I wanted muted and minimal pieces that would complement the decor, and these are just perfect in every way! Muted and simplistic with elegance and enough pop of colour to make an impact.

Then there’s this gorgeous, serene, seascape in a beige muted tone as well. I love looking at pictures of the ocean and beaches, so when I saw that Desenio have one in beige, I was over the moon! It’s the perfect colourway for my bedroom, it plays off the pink shades amazingly, and I love looking at it!

You will also see a stunning sunset over the beach on a canvas on my wall too, below. I bought this one to go opposite my bed and it’s really gorgeous. I can’t stop staring at the colours in it. It depicts lilac, pink, oranges and more, really popping against the plain white wall. My mum loves this one so much that I will probably gift it to her, and stick with the super muted prints for my bedroom, while being jealous in the meantime, ha ha.

If you want to see all of the prints, frames and canvases that I got, you can check out my link below! Plus, I have 45% off prints with the code LORNARAINDROPS45 at the checkout! This is valid until the 18th December, so don’t hang around to use it! That’s a huge savings!
