Mini Skort With A Baby Tee Outfit

Happy Tuesday everyone! Sorry that it’s been a while since I shared a new outfit post with you. The weather has been absolutely awful and I’ve had some health issues cropping up which meant outside photoshoots haven’t been an option as of late.

Anyway, getting to this outfit here, it’s something ready for spring and I think it’s super cute! Of course it’s not warm enough at the moment, but it soon will be as the time is flying by quickly, so consider this some pre-spring outfit inspiration! Ha ha.

I was wearing my Abercrombie & Fitch Taupe Mini Skort, which I got in size small a while back. For those of you that aren’t familiar with the skort concept (I’ve been asked many times before), it’s a skirt and a pair of shorts combined. The skirt is over the top of some lined shorts, so it keeps your modesty. I do love a skort, more than a mini skirt, as you don’t have to worry too much about what’s on show.

I paired this mini skort with my Hollister White Baby Tee and I think that’s what makes it a super cute, youthful outfit. Baby tee’s are one of my favourite kind of t-shirts to wear as I find them extremely flattering and feminine, so the combo with the skort just helps tone it down and make it day time appropriate. Which leads me to the next item…

I chose to wear my Alexander McQueen Sneakers with this outfit to really tone it down even more and make it casual and easy going. I think sneakers with skirts can be a really good combination and it’s something that I wear often in the warmer weather, if I’m not wearing sandals.

Then, to finally finish everything off, I opted for my Celine Pico Belt Bag in Light Taupe as it’s a cute and casual looking mini bag, which perfectly aligns with the outfit vibe here. You saw this Celine Pico Belt Bag in a previous outfit that I wore a few months ago, and it’s definitely still one of my favourite bags.
